I live in Chennai and something I love about my city is The Marina Beach and the entire stretch of the beach road. Very well maintained with all the statues on one side and the age old university buildings & the other TN Government Administration buildings on the other side, it is really a beautiful stretch in Chennai.
The first thing I do in the morning once I wake up is look for my phone & see updates on Facebook , next is reach for my Filter Kaapi !!!!

The Bourjois smoky effect eyeliner comes in a pencil form that needs to be sharpened for usage and not the twist up style, which I prefer . The other end of the pencil is the brush that enables us to create a smoky effect instantly and it is neatly covered with a cap which takes care of the hygiene factor.
The shade name is printed on the pencil in a big font and makes identification easy. The brush is quite good and we cannot expect more for a dual purpose product priced moderately.

The khol pencil is very creamy and it moves easily on my eyelids. It does not break even if I try to use some pressure close to the lashline. It is easy to smudge and takes quite sometime to set. The shade is a beautiful greenish blue shade that looks very pretty for Indian skintone and I absolutely love it.
I am quite hesitant to try shades other than black or brown since I have a feeling that it will not suit me. But this shade looked really good one me and I fell in love instantly.
The pigmentation is quite good but it does need some layering in order to show up on our eyelids when compared to our hands - wrong place to test eyeliners. Since they are very creamy it tends to slide while applying closer to the lash line and we need some precision and patience.
NOTE : It is better to keep the pencil sharpened so that it is easy to apply in the inner corner of the eye else it can get a bit thick and clumsy while applying.
I cannot use it on my lower lash line since it slightly irritates my eyes and I keep blinking the whole day.

Staying Power of Bourjois Paris Smoky Effect Pencil 73 Deep Green ??
Uh Well ... coming to the staying power of the Bourjois eyeliner, it is quite poor and it creased. Though the eyeliner stays there for 3 to 4 hours, it keeps smudging on my crease & I need to wipe it out to avoid panda eyes - very disappointing. Though I did apply powder on my eyelids and my eyelids aren't that very oily it still creased.
The only solution to this problem is to dust some powder eyeshadow on top of it to prevent creasing, but there are chances that the color might change and the original shade that I loved might not actually show up.

4 : Need to sharpen which can be messy at times.
