The eyeliner comes in a plastic container with the lower portion containing the eyeliner and the upper portion containing the wand for applying. The bottle has to be shaken well before using it, else you might not get enough product to line the eyes properly. The applicator is really fine & it is easy to use on the eyes. It is very compact and can be fit even in the smallest of your pouches. The shade of the bottle indicates the color of the eyeliner & it becomes easy to choose if you possess multiple shades. Shade Electro Shock from Maybelline Glossy Electrics Eyeliner :
The shade Electro Shock is a vibrant blue which can called as the right mix of navy and copper sulfate blue in a jewel tone. I cant have enough of this color especially in silk sarees - I can drool over Peacock Blue Silk sarees for hours together.It suits my skintone really well unlike Teal shades which actually does not look good on me. I have pictures showing how it looks on me, when applied directly and on top of a black base(pencil liner). It looks rich and intense on your eyes highlighting your eyes the minute you wear it.

Formula & Staying Power of Maybelline Hyper Glossy Electric Eyeliner in Electro Shock :
The formula of the eyeliner is not that great and I feel it could have been more on the runnier side for ease of application. You need to really shake it well before you start applying so that the product comes onto the applicator in an uniform manner.It dries really quickly once applied and it is waterproof. The liner has a tendency to dry up easily in the jar and it is better to store it in horizontal position to avoid that.
The Maybelline Hyper Glossy eyeliner in Electro Shock stays put for about 7 hours for me and I totally totally love it. I had to remove my makeup after that and did not get to test it more than 7 hours.

Removal process :
The eyeliner is not waterproof and just water is enough to remove it with a little scrubbing. With a makeup remover, it comes off easily and there is no need for any effort.
